Don Valencia patronizes the Dayport Trader's Bank, where he has several diamonds being held by J.B. Tuttleshank.[1]
It is uncertain, in the game continuity, if his name is Don or bestowed as a honorific title. None of the religious, criminal or governmental entities in The City have been seen to use the title of Don. He however is the only character thus far to have the name Don. He may be from a neighboring city.
