She hid her precious comb in the rafters, afraid they would steal it. At the end of her journal, she begins to write the note in the same style of speech as the Pagans. It is presumed that the Pagans took her after invading the Cobbleton Manor.[13] Her fate is unknown.
City Watch[]
Detective[]
A detective decided to investigate the area of the Cobbleton Manor after reports of "nighttime looting, strange chanting, drumming, odd smells, [and] illegal animals." He notes that it is unusual with Stonemarket and St. Edgar's Church close by, and felt it unnecessary for backup. His fate is unknown.[14]
Criminal[]
Thief by the De Perrin Street[]
According to a diary there was a thief that lived close to the De Perrin Street, in the Sealed Section of Old Quarter during the time of the Catastrophe. When the owner of the diary failed to buy the Serpentyle Torc from its owner, he was considering hiring the thief to steal it.[5] There is a house located on the De Perrin Street that was presumably home to a thief, judging by the items and an armed mine in there. Behind a locked door within lies a room which contains an Explosive Mine, a Flash Bomb and a Noisemaker Arrow.[15]
Guard[]
Dante's Associate[]
The guard who chats with Dante mentions his home in Dayport and the negative effects the Mechanist Tower has had on his home, family, and neighborhood. His complaints include a blocked view of the mountains and sunrise, soot that has covered his home and foully permeates the neighborhood, in addition to how the bad air has made his son sick. He also worries about being replaced by Watchers as they do not need to be paid for guard duty and surmises that he would have to move out and live in the woods like a Pagan if his employment is terminated.[16]
Keeper[]
Lost City Expedition Member 1[]
This Keeper was a member of the expedition to The Lost City to hide the Talisman of Fire. He was the last living member of the expedition, and attempted to care for Hodge, the only other surviving member of the expedition, after they had been ambushed by Fire Elementals. He eventually died in the Lost City some time later for unknown reasons, though he left behind a letter detailing the ambush.[17]
Lost City Expedition Member 2[]
This Keeper was a member of the expedition to The Lost City to hide the Talisman of Fire, and was possibly the leader of the group. He was killed outside the tower where they had placed the Talisman of Fire, and likely perished by the now-aggressive Fire Elementals.[18]
Mechanist[]
Captain of the Cetus Amicus[]
This Mechanist was captain of the Cetus Amicus and wrote a captain's log which Garrett discovered aboard this ship. The captain was particularly impressed by the ship, believing it to be the finest vessel ever made. He took the Cetus Amicus on many cargo runs between Markham's Isle and the KD Site, though he had begun to grown tired of it, feeling that the ship should instead be refit as a ship of war. Other entries in his log suggested he had grown tired of eating fish all the time and wished he could eat mutton. He was also annoyed with Fretus, whom he believed had lost the key to Cargo Locker #5.[19]

The Mechanist that Sabine spoke to and was not impressed by her theory about someone having visited The Lost City.[20]
