Training Dummy

A training dummy.

A Training Dummy is a combat training device. It has the appearance of a standing human guard with a target painted on its chest.

It is used in the "A Keeper's Training" mission to teach Garrett how to use a Sword after his practice with the Bow. He is required to swing it with the sword to the left and right of it and perform one overhead swing after which it is lowered into the ground and he can start practice with a real opponent.
