Master Tobias is a Hammerite stationed at the Stonemarket Clocktower until it's destruction.[1].
As a master in the Hammerites, He helped younger Hammerites to learn the truth of the builders works.[2]
He was also partly in-charge of the Clock towers workings and one half deaf Hammerite wanted to talk to him about how quite the chimes appear to have gotten.[3]
