Unlike the master thief, Thief Bow Guard criminals don't possess the ability to hide in the shadows. They actually have the traits of a regular guard. Their health puts them between the Bafford and the Hammerite guard, next to the mages and opera guards. They are seen rarely in the city's streets ( e.g. Life of the Party), or more frequently in their hideouts.
