The Builder's Chisel is a holy relic of the Order of the Hammer. It was lost or taken from the Hammer Temple previous to the T1/TG mission "Strange Bedfellows" and, on Expert difficulty, Garrett is asked to retrieve it in addition to rescuing their high priest.
