Tarquis was a money lender and dealer associated with Lord Bafford at his Dreckboun gambling pit.[1] After getting busted, he was incarcerated in Cragscleft Prison, cell 10 in block 3. His nose was cropped by the Hammers and he was sentenced to factory work.[2]
