In the T2 mission "Framed", Garrett must break into the vault, leave a clue that can be traced to Lieutenant Hagen, and place the evidence in Hagen's office.[1] Once it is discovered, Lt. Hagen will be blamed for the many disappearances of evidence that have been reported recently.[2]
