A 'Signal Bolt' is a device of Mechanist origin and is only found in Soulforge Cathedral, mostly in Storage Room 2.
It appears to consist of a signal generator inside a metal tube with a Copper cap. At the base, two metal terminals protrude to allow it to be connected to the signal slot. It also appears to be the most important part of the Guiding Beacon and can only be used with the Bellowing Machine.
