The shovel is a miscellaneous item of no value, and is useful only as a distraction tool. It can be found in most mining locales, including the abandoned mines of Cragscleft Prison, as well as such scenic locations as the tool shed outside of First City Bank and Trust, in the Pagan village, and the hidden grave outside the Truart Estate.
