Lady Rumford was a noblewoman who lived in Rumford Manor. She was the mistress of Basso's bride Jenivere and kept her confined in the manor against her will. After Jenivere's escape Lady Rumford went to Shoalsgate Station and reported her missing to the City Watch, claiming there was no reason for her to run away.[1] Lady Rumford was present along with her husband at the Mechanists' Party at Angelwatch, to receive a Masked Servant.[2]
