Robbery and Homicide is a division of the City Watch. They have offices at Shoalsgate Station on the second floor, near the staircase. An open journal inside the office states that work recently has been slow, due to Lt. Mosley and the Warden Affairs crackdown on crime. Previously, the Watch had only arrested the thieves, but changed tactics by going after the bookkeepers and fences, who would be anxious about staying out of jail.[1]
