Murus awaits the ritual's completion
The Ritual of Consecration is a Hammerite grave sacrament performed to allow passage of those who die under certain circumstances.[1] Garrett needs to perform this ritual for Brother Murus in order to escape the Haunted Cathedral in the Thief: The Dark Project/Thief Gold mission "Return to the Cathedral".[2]
Performing[]
- Wave the Rosary Beads over the grave.
- Place a candle that has been used by the deceased on the tombstone.
- Read The Prayer of Consecration.
- Touch the tombstone with the blessed Holy Symbol.[2]

- After the ritual is completed the holy symbol can be used to perform the rites on other graves without the first three steps.
