A map made by R.S.
R.S. was a mapmaker in The City and prepared a map of the Hammer Temple which was used by Garrett when he went undercover in his quest for the Elemental Wards to unseal the Hammerite cathedral in the Old Quarter.[1]

The In-game maps for the Hammer Temple are stated to be prepared by R.S. and this is probably a reference to level designer Randy Smith who worked on all three thief games and may have worked on the mission, though it was Dorian Hart who was the primary designer for the level [2]
