Kelvin Porter is a house sergeant of Gervaisius Estate. He is seen meeting with Foreman Hobart in the foyer on the night of Garrett's first visit. He is amused by her story of the missing clock part.[1]
At some point, Porter had investigated the sudden disappearance of head librarian Giles. He took note of the mysterious incidents that began in the library, but concluded that Giles had quit without giving notice.[2]
