Not to be confused with the lockpicks, the pick is a miscellaneous item of no value and is useful only as a distraction tool. It can be found in most mining locales, including the abandoned mines of Cragscleft Prison.
One very small pick can be found within the The Maw of Chaos in the T2 mission "Trail of Blood".
