J. Osterlind was the supervisor for Rampone Dockside Shipping. He had an office on the second floor of Building B. Osterlind secretly purchased spice smuggled in by Captain Davidson, leaving the money in a safe in his office. Osterlind found it difficult to smuggle spice while the Mechanists where occupying the building.
