The Opera Guests are harmless humans that different from the Nobleman in appearance and that they can only be found in the Opera House. Opera Guests usually have something of valuable on them, like Opera Glasses.

These harmless npc's have the most health in all of Thief: The Dark Project/Thief Gold bystanders, but this does not matter much as it remains just one Sword hit away from the Servants health.
