A Realistic Compass
This compass was introduced as early as Thief Gold, but was never used. It may have been an early alternative to Garrett's stylized Compass, as the pin rotates when displayed from inventory, but was later converted to a junk item. Despite its maritime theme, it was not included with similar tools found on Markham's Isle(see: Anchor, Sextant, Chart Compass, and Diver's Helmet) in the T2 mission "Precious Cargo".
One peculiar feature of this compass is that the needle doesn't point north, but the direction the player would be facing on a map, with north at the top.
