The Mage Bow Guard is not a mage himself, but a mercenary hired by the Hand Brotherhood to help guard their tower complex. Even though this guard is slightly more vigilant and faster than the Bafford Guard, he seems to be a bit less accurate with the Bow. Also he doesn't do more than four points of damage and has less health than the Ramirez Bow Guard. The Mage Bow Guard is pretty much a regular bow guard in a light blue-green uniform.
Their captain is called Regalio, Captain E. F..[1]
