This is a country or region in the Thief universe, existing outside The City. It is known only as a port of trade, where merchants meet and shipments are sent. Donal and Gervasius are both recipients of Hrabotan goods.[1][2]
The title "lesser" implies the existence of a Greater Hrabota (or simply Hrabota), but there is no other evidence of such a region.
