The Keeper Instructors only appear in the mission "A Keeper's Training", helping the player practice sneaking, and two times in "Life of the Party".

Story

A Keeper's Training

In A Keeper's Training, there are three instructors; one whose job is to attempt to see Garrett in the exercise, another whose job is to attempt to hear Garrett in the exercise, and one who can be seen walking in the second floor of the library at the beginning of the level. It is possible that the last one is Artemus, who is overseeing Garrett's training, as he is the only one who doesn't say anything to Garrett.

Life of the Party

A Keeper Instructor appears in a small building, possibly a library, close to the Dayport Belltower looking out of the window, appearing to watch Garrett.

An other Keeper Instructor appears briefly when Garrett approaches the building near Lady Louisa's Suite. Upon spotted, he quickly walks trough the door and disappears. At the end of that hallway can a hidden weapon stash be found with a tip from the keepers.
