Henry
Henry is a fence in the Auldale district. His shop is in a nondescript building on the south side, right across from the Empty Noose Tavern. He deals in artwork and metals, but no gems, claiming that they are too easily lost.[1]
He was acquainted with Garrett at some time in the past, but assumed he had met with an unsavory end long ago.[2] His manner of speech is slow and overemphasized, giving him a sinister theatrical tone.
