Farkus Functionals was a store owned by Bernard Farkus, located in New Market, which specialized in weapons and thieving tools. Though he ran a legitimate business, Farkus was also willing to do business with independent thieves such as Garrett, though at high prices.[1]
Farkus sold Garrett a set of thieves tools, which included a pair of Lock Picks, shortly before he was accidentally assassinated by some of Ramirez's thugs.[2]
