Bernard Farkus was the owner of the shop Farkus Functionals. He sold a set of two Lock Picks, complete with instructions, to Garrett just before the start of the TDP/TG mission "Assassins" Farkus was shot in the neck with an arrow by a pair of assassins hired by Ramirez to kill Garrett. He died instantly and was subsequently buried in the catacombs beneath Fort Ironwood by his brother and sister, Clive and Emily.

Trivia

• Even when the arrow that is shot at him is blocked he will die.
• If he is blackjacked right after he dies the game seems to register him as an unconscious body.
