A bookstore owner named Victor De Grenefeld hires you to get a rare old book from a derelict old tower.

As the name implies, this is the fourth mission in the series. It was preceded by the FM Thomas Porter 3: The Beleaguered Fence and is followed by the FM Thomas Porter 5: The Transaction.
