Synopsis[]
In this speedbuild mission, Corbin sets out to steal a rival gang's loot before they are raided by the city watch.
The Bowley Boys have moved up in the world. They used to shake down shopkeepers east of Mill Street a few years ago, but they've risen to raiding merchant shipments that come through the southern harbour.
Recently, they 'diverted' what they thought were a few crates of fabric, but instead found themselves with a cache of loot smuggled out of the Eastern Wastes before it was overrun. One of the pieces was a crown of solid gold ! What old Bowley lacks in talent, he certainly makes up for in luck. he was never able to keep his mouth shut, though, and word of his prize has spread far and wide.
One of the other gangs in the area tipped off the City Watch, who are planning a raid on the Bowley Boys' hideout. I plan to get there first and steal that crown for myself.
I know it will be hidden somewhere in Bowley's chambers. I have a way in, through the vents in their warehouse, but I'll have to be careful - the Bowley Boys have gotten wind of the upcoming raid, and they'll be ready for trouble. No time to collect my usual equipment. The Watch will be there in a matter of hours.
