Old man Eli's apartment is a decent building in the Docks. It consists of one room, and does not seem to have a stairway leading to the streets outside. Eli possibly used a ladder to reach the place. Although cramped, the apartment is relatively decent, and serves as a home for a man who is usually outside, at work. When near Eli's apartment, loud talking is heard, in an indoor environment, as though there is a party in the building beneath Eli's home.

- According to a note found on a table, Eli once saw the Cetus Amicus while carving a scrimshaw. He called it a metal whale, with the name "Cetus Amicus" written on it.[1]
