This property is used to define various properties related to cameras;
- Raise/Lower Joint, Inactive Posn, Active Posn, Raise/Lower Speed all seem to have no effect.
- Rotational Joint specifies the joint on which the camera's 'head' should rotate.
- Facing Epsilon specifies the minimum distance that the camera can turn when watching the player. (Not Degrees)
