Dominic was one of Lord Bafford's subordinates. He did not work in Bafford's Manor but rather operated in the streets. Dominic was responsible for gathering information on Hammerite raids and people, such as Viktoria.[1] Dominic wrote his letters in a strange manner, resembling the speech of the Pagans, though more likely due to being uneducated.
