Dante was a dockhand working at the Rampone Dockside Shipping company.
Within the last year before Garrett's visit to the warehouse, Dante had visited Dayport and the Mechanist tower. He was surprised to see all the trees replaced with giant chimneys spewing out foul soot, and was greatly unnerved by the 'Mechanical faces' that were watching him.
When talking to a guard at the warehouse, he was complaining about how he had to unload and catalogue all the Mechanists shipments, to which he claimed, 'Every single bloody thing they order is made outta metal.'[1]
