Curtis is a thug sent by the widow Edwina Moira to kill Garrett after he steals her inheritance. Her instructions are for him to say "That's for robbing Mrs. Moira!", or something else more appropriate, and to search Garrett's Apartment for any other stolen items.[1] Curtis takes the theft quite personal. Despite being the thug game model, he seems to be a member of the Overlook Mansion personal guard.[2]
