Brother Constance was a Hammerite. He was of some standing, as he gave orders to others.
During the Third Dark Age, he found out that Pagans were after a small tree that arrived in the Docks. He sent a letter to the Local Brother, Brother Vault, at the Bloody Ears Tavern, ordering him to seize the plant at all costs and to destroy it in the furnace at the Tavern, as per the Wishes of Brother Ondilot.[1]
