T1/T2 Cheese Wedge
Cheese and wine bottles in TDP.
There are two kinds of Cheese in the Thief games: the Thief: The Dark Project/Thief Gold and Thief II: The Metal Age cheese wedges (about 1/5 of a wheel) that appears to be Gouda; and the incomplete wheels (about 5/8 and a small cut wedge) of Swiss cheese in Thief: Deadly Shadows.
Only the cheese in the first two games can be eaten and in the second game has a small chance of healing 1 point when consumed.

- In the Little Big World part of Constantine's Mansion there is a large piece of cheese that has a few Moss Arrows on it, representing mold.
