Although they are never called "Keepers of the Balance", the "Balance" is what they keep. :)

Wow, the whole (the wikipedia) place is a bee hive! One cannot edit a single thing without at leas two other guys editing the same =) Dan7 23:34, 11 June 2008 (UTC)
We could move it to [[Keepers of the Balance]], but I fear it'd look cheesy. We've certainly been busy bees tonight, especially Big McLargeHuge. He has populated the Category:Faction all by himself, more or less. Larris 23:48, 11 June 2008 (UTC)
Why, thank you. Like how you changed it to mechanist order, ifeel that if it has a canon name, then use it. Big McLargeHuge 00:09, 12 June 2008 (UTC)
Yay! Agreed, and well...the titles of the articles should be only the most formal name used, while the rest of the terms can be incorporated, naturally, into the body of the text. Any fan-made terms should be tagged, so they are acknowledged and searchable, but correctly presented. Keepers are just called Keepers, or The Keepers, or The Order. It was said once by a Keeper Elder against holding secrets, and about confessing or sharing information, "We are all Keepers of knowledge." Note that "knowledge" is not capitalised. They are never called Order of the Keepers, or Keepers of the Balance, so Keepers it is. My first post was also written before the name was changed from "Keepers of The City".
This has been a good day, guys! Thanks everybody!

Ancient Keepers[]

We keep hearing about the Ancient Keepers, the ones who designed the Sentients and the Final Glyph, predicting the dangerous situation in the future. Should we have a seperate article for those instead of always linking to it like: Ancient Keepers?? -- Drtomjenkins 01:21, 23 April 2009 (UTC)

I'm thinking perhaps a sub-section on the Keepers page after the general introduction, more of an historical approach, from their roots to their demise in TDS. In actuality, the words "ancient keepers" is only ever used once, though obviously the concept is referenced more than that. Ehcmier 02:13, 23 April 2009 (UTC)Ehcmier
