Captain Markham's pirate treasure

This is the legacy of William "Dark" Markham, captain of the good ship Catherine's Folly. It rests in a large sea chest in the flooded hold of the ship. If the gems are disturbed, the pirate's ghost will appear on deck to slay the intruder.
