Cid Capezza was a Mechanist inventor, who worked in a workshop in Rampone Dockside Shipping. He worked on various high tech projects for the Mechanists, including the Scouting Orb, for which he often bought materials from the lensgrinder Noah Jerm.[1] Other projects done by Capezza that had high recognition in The City were his different types of security locks. One type was the Security Code Locks, with which Rampone Dockside Shipping was equipped. Another type was the gear lock, which was used in Sheriff Truart's mansion and other places.[2] Capezza's rent at Rampone's was paid by the Mechanists.
