The ghost of Birch.
Birch was a Pagan living in the village of Beck o' the Wills. During the Second Dark Age, the Mechanists attacked the village and wiped out almost all living there, including Birch.[1]
Birch died while trying to delay the Mechanists to allow his Wife and daughter, Minnow, to escape via the Portal to the Maw of Chaos. When Garrett arrived at the village shortly after, he was able to witness the Ghost of Birch reliving his last moments of life.[2]
