Drops of spilled drink.
Biddleybong is Constantine his "superior brandy" which he offers to Garrett after he managed to acquire his own sword in the TDP/TG mission "The Sword". A few drips are spilled after Constantine puts the bottle down which, strangely, sprouted into grassy stems and roots. Oddly enough, Garrett fails to take notice of the deep-green hue and unusual consistency, but drains it at a gulp at the conclusion of their meeting.[1]
It is unknown if this is a natural property of the drink, or if it has been modified by Constantine or Viktoria in some way, but Garrett did not seem to be affected by the drink in any way.
