Bears, while not seen, are mentioned by the two Bafford Front Gate Guards. Bears are captured and forced to fight in the Bear Pits, often wearing cheek-spikes, razor collars, and paw hooks, while in the past they were brought to fight in a raw way, without any kind of barbaric enhancing.[1]
