The three guards who stand watch at Lord Bafford's front gate are sometimes referred as Bafford Front Gate Guards. Two of them are armed with a Sword and one is armed with a Bow. When Garrett first approached Bafford's Manor, they could be heard discussing the Bear Pits.

Strategy

These guards are indistinguishable from regular Bafford Sword Guards or Bafford Bow Guards, except for a few key points: their health is 25 points instead of the usual 15, they never flee from combat and they are slightly faster than the average Bafford guard. Defeating them is quite difficult, partly because of their increased health, but also because their team consist of two sword guards and one archer who can hit from a distance while the other two attack with Swords.

The best course of action is to simply ignore these guards because Bafford's Manor can be accessed trough a nearby well and the guards will remain stationed at the front gate unless Garrett provokes them, or if he approaches them and doesn't leave when they order him to do so.
